Nimbus Pre-Felt

Nimbus is a stormy grey blend of alpaca fiber and white Merino wool needle felted by machine into a large sheet with rough edges. It's also available as a felt! 

Pre-felt is like felt, but looser and more web-like. It lends itself to wrapping and shaping. Each felt sheet contains up to 15% wool to help strengthen and stabilize it. All sheets are about ¼ inch thick, but vary in length and width. The exact dimensions for each available sheet are listed above. Unlike our felt, our pre-felt can easily be torn by hand into smaller chunks and pieces.
